01 / Leadership

The founders.

OPOPA is built by co-founders working across the China–Europe corridor — with one foot in European commercial reality and one in the practical needs of Chinese industrial expansion.

Europe

Works from the European side of OPOPA’s model: how industrial buyers evaluate suppliers, how commercial cycles actually unfold, and what Chinese companies need in order to be taken seriously on the ground.

Focuses on practical market-entry and commercial execution — connecting strategy to sales capability, local expertise and follow-through.

02 / Why we exist

Advice alone rarely opens a European market.

Chinese industrial companies expanding into Europe often discover that strategy decks are not enough. Buyers move differently. Sales cycles run longer. Local specialists matter. Commercial presence has to be credible on the ground.

OPOPA exists for that gap: the space between market ambition and practical European execution. We help companies clarify the route, find the right local expertise, strengthen sales capability and, when needed, deploy people who can sell under the client’s own identity.

03 / Our position

Advisory with the capability to execute.

OPOPA is a European market-entry and commercial partner for Chinese industrial and green-tech companies — typically mid-sized organisations seeking a serious path into the European Union.

The work sits between consulting and operations: sales enablement, expert and partner sourcing, outsourced European sales representation, and AI-enabled commercial workflows. Recommendations are only useful when they can be carried into real buyer conversations.

Local understanding

European industrial buyers evaluate reliability, service, technical fit and total cost — not only product features.

The right specialists

Expansion usually requires qualified local expertise: legal, compliance, distribution, recruitment or technical partners.

Commercial follow-through

Market entry has to become meetings, negotiation and sustained presence — not a report that stops at the recommendation.
